GTA maker has a logo 'problem' with this game developer

Take Two Interactive's Rockstar Games is in a trademark dispute with Remedy Entertainment over a logo resemblance. The logo in question is a stylised version of the letter 'R' used by Remedy. Take Two claims there is a likelihood of confusion among the public. Remedy unveiled the new logo in April 2023 and filed two trademark claims for variations of it in May. Both claims were opposed by Take Two. Remedy and Rockstar Games are collaborating on Max Payne remakes, with Remedy handling development and Rockstar financing the project.
