Apple plans Vision Pro launch in February, production and store prep in full swing

Apple plans to launch its mixed-reality headset, the Vision Pro, in February 2024, as promised. The headset is currently being produced at full capacity in China and Apple aims to have customer-ready units by the end of January. However, production issues may cause delays. Ahead of the launch, Apple has urged software developers to prepare their apps for the release. Apple's retail stores are also preparing for the launch, with additional storage space, training sessions for employees, and special packaging spots. The Vision Pro will be initially available in the US and then expand to other markets.
